Overview Of Steeze On Short

On 29th June, 2025, the Department of Psychology held her picnic tag, Steeze on Short. Steeze on Short is a hangout organised to help students relax and breathe off the academic stress. The event started last session with the last administration and the department decided to carry on the steeze by having STEEZE ON SHORT 2.0

The event which was supposed to start by 4p.m. in the evening started very late because of the low turnout of students at the beginning. The event later had a good turnout, which energised the atmosphere. We had students from other departments aside from the three departments involved, as it was earlier stated in the publicity that no one is restricted from coming and, more importantly, it’s a no-ticket event.

The event was not only about the number of attendees; likewise, there were games played at the event, and attendees attested to having had fun at the event. "The photo booth was really nice. Generally, the event was amazing", one of the highlight of the event noted by Mr. Olawale, from 400l Psychology. Some of the other activities that took place were karaoke, and we had performing artists who showcased their talents at the event.

“The event was a good one, and the only thing for me is that it started late, which is because of the low turnout at the beginning and this was not the fault of the organiser,” one of the attendees, Mr Peter, testified. The event was not short of edibles as well, like snacks, pouches, and other things.

The event ran late into the night where everyone departed and go to their various destination.
