UI Announces Physical Admission Clearance Exercise for 2025/2026 Students

In a statement signed by the Registrar, Mr. G.O. Saliu, the University of Ibadan informed all newly admitted candidates of the 2025/2026 academic session of the commencement of the physical clearance scheduled from Monday, 23 March through Friday, 27 March, 2026.

According to the notice released, candidates are to note and bring the required documents including the FORM B003 duly filled, which is available on UI website, admission letter (institutional copy) which must be printed in color, Jamb results slip, O’level results slip or A’level results slip and other relevant academic certificates.

Direct entry candidates are to present their Jamb acknowledgement slip.

Candidates are to submit, (2)two reference letters from reputable personalities, a birth certificate, two passport photographs and a file and tags.

Candidates must provide both original documents and photocopies for verification.

The university highlighted that the physical clearance is a crucial step in confirming admission status. Students are required to appear at designated venues on their assigned dates with all necessary documents.
